For the Journal-Keeper

My wounds, memorial stones, joys and blessings penned on pages of journals, diaries, and notebooks

Sometimes the days get so busy, we don’t think about the journey, only the destination. We roll out of bed, into a change of clothes and off we go…to work, to school, a meeting or an A voice of one\'s own, inside a journal.interview. Yet during the hustle and bustle of the day, we catch a glimpse of something beautiful, or hear a profound quote or even have a delightful chat. Do you remember that small bunny that hopped across your path, or your coworker quote Aristotle. Take a moment and reflect, and write in your journal what you have seen, what you have heard, what you smelled, what you have tasted, and who you have touched.

  1. I used to be an avid journal keeper. I’ve the many notebooks bound by rubber bands sitting in the back of my end table bedroom drawer to prove it. During those writing days, I had much difficulty in my life. Searching for the truth. Then one day, it came. Well, to make a long story short, I’m beginning to journal again. This go ’round, my attitude and outlook on life has changed.

I want this time to see and write about the beauty in life. Lord help me.

Thank you for reminding me lady Angela. God bless you. 😊
